When and how you eat, sleep, and move your body dictates your vitality. Your body’s clock, aka circadian rhythm, is meant to follow the same cycle that occurs in nature each day.

One-to-one, high-touch coaching program based on the seasons and elements. We will meet 1 on 1 virtually no matter where you live in this big wide world. If you are local, we will meet at my home office. I will be your guide, confidant, accountability partner, and cheerleader to ensure you build a strong foundation and achieve lasting breakthroughs on your journey.
AYURVEDIC WISDOM & Habit Evolution:
We will use 10 essential daily body habits seeped in Ayurvedic wisdom as a practical, down-to-earth system to experience better energy, ease, and sleep. We will embark on a habit evolution journey together as I lead you through proven techniques based on progressive behavioral science. You'll see quick results in the first few weeks by using the latest, research-backed strategies for habit change.
Mindful outdoor experiences:
Reconnecting with nature is a powerful tool for promoting mindfulness, personalizing our well-being practices, and strengthening our bond with the natural world. It helps us restore balance in an evolving world and nurtures our health in the face of environmental challenges. During our coaching sessions, I will guide you through mindful outdoor experiences.
Together, we will practice Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, which means “luxuriating in the forest.” This practice of mindfulness in nature emerged in the 1980s and has been scientifically proven to lower heart rate and blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, boost the immune system, and improve overall feelings of well-being.
